Greg and Javed: Enforce Existing Environment Laws

In the passage strengthen and enforce existing environmental laws, the section reads on reforming regulations in the CAFO’s.  The passage briefly informs how government allows the industry to self-regulate which in turn allows the factories to ignore laws and skip enforcement. The passage gives a list in compliance of consumer demands to establish a safer system. The list is as follows:
Limit the new factory farms on expansion of existing facilities until envinment and health safety standards are established.
Develop a federal approach to regulate factory farms ot lessen air pollution.
Its goes on to read on about 6 more rules to monitor factory farms on their bad habit of polluting ecological health. The regulations are guidelines for government to interfere with CAFO systems.
See Javed for more information.
